Rivertrees Country Inn is a boutique country lodge located in Usa River, between Arusha and Kilimanjaro International Airport, at the foothills of Mount Meru with views toward Mount Kilimanjaro. 

Set within a former coffee estate spanning 10 acres of lush gardens, riverine forest, and the Usa River, the lodge offers a peaceful retreat for travellers beginning or ending a Northern Tanzania safari. Magical Rivertree Country Inn What a magical setting along the Usa river! Bummer we only got to stay one night but thankful for the experience. Freddy gave us an excellent walking tour along the river showing us the stingless honey bees and the blue faced Monkeys in the trees! We enjoyed a cocktail at the river patio (my favorite spot on the property) Kelvin made an excellent margarita and a frozen mint lemonade. Dinner in the evening was exceptional I highly recommend the Chicken Curry dish. After a restful sleep listening to the rushing river. Emmanuel had us set up with our morning coffee at an expansive breakfast buffet with a lovely selection of fresh fruits. Megan and Michelle and all the front desk staff were welcoming for both check-in and check-out helping us get some souvenirs shipped back home. Highly recommend this property and definitely plan on staying more than 1 night if you can. Thank you!!

A Hidden Gem with Amazing Hospitality Amazing place! The service was top-notch, and the cleanliness was easily 1000/10. The location is very calm and peaceful, making it perfect for a relaxing visit. The server, Given, treated us exceptionally well and was attentive throughout our stay. The food was delicious and full of flavor. Overall, a wonderful experience that I would highly recommend.

Wonderful oasis close to Arusha Wonderful experience - a real oasis close to Arusha and on the right side of getting to the JRO international airport. Great food and good massages. I can recommend Evelyn. Also has a very nice boutique with reasonable prices in comparison to the cultural center and the markets. We stayed there our first night and at the end of the trip. Also a great starting point for a day trip or longer into Arusha National Park for a walking safari.
